The only way to satisfy this envisaged skill demand is by a sustainable increase in quality as well as quantity of workforce within a delivery framework. The delivery mechanism has to ensure that quality management system are in place, with all stakeholders giving due focus on research & development, infrastructure improvements & fulfilling the requirement of training personnel.
